Originally developed to combine the 3x3” 11-gauge steel construction of the RM-3 Monster Rack with the 5/8” hardware of the Infinity R-3, our latest versatile RML-390C Monster Lite Rack now also includes: a wide range of custom color finish options, a bolt-together design for easier shipping and set-up, Slinger-compatible crossmembers, and your choice of either numbered or unnumbered uprights.

As with all past models, Version 3.0 of the RML-390C Rack is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and features 90” tall uprights with laser-cut holes in the Westside pattern (1” through bench and clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below). With the option of either a 24” or 30” inside depth, the overall footprint of the unit will be no greater than 40” x 53”, making this is a suitable rack for virtually any size training space.

All orders come standard with a set of Monster Lite J-Cups, Pin/Pipe Safeties, Band Pegs, and a 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar. Please Note: The unit must be bolted to the floor before use. A concrete anchor kit (with 12 concrete anchors) is also available to add to your order via the options menu.

Once set up, gym owners can completely customize their RML-390C rack by selecting any number of compatible Monster Lite attachments and add-ons, each sold separately. Popular additions include the Monster Lite Matador, Safety Spotter Arms, Strap Safety System, Slinger, and Rogue Landmines.

The RML-390’s durability, customization options, and compact footprint make it equally viable as the centerpiece for a garage gym or as a dynamic addition to a larger collegiate, pro, or military training facility. Each rack is also backed by Rogue’s Lifetime Warranty.
